Terms & Conditions when buying from Propulse


European deliver is usually within 3 to 4 working days from receipt of the order and most international orders arrive within 7 days.
Propulse will notify you if an item is no longer available and offer substitute goods where possible. If you do not wish to accept the substituted goods then you may cancel your order.

Additional VAT:

Customers from EC member states are charged Swedish VAT at 25% unless you have a business registered for VAT and provide proof of your country code and VAT number. Orders received from outside the EU will be automatically charged without VAT

Moneyback Guarantee:

We have a 30-day Moneyback Guarantee. This gives you the opportunity to experience how a Propulse propeller will work on your boat/engine combination. The returned propeller must be in be in good condition, but since you have tested the item is does not need to be in a new condition. You do not need you to return it in the original box. All you need is proof of purchase and that the item was purchased less than 30 days ago. Refunds do not include the original or return shipping costs.

3 year warranty:

The Propulse propeller comes with a 3 year warranty on all parts except the blades. If you damage it for any reason you send the damaged parts to Propulse and we will replace it for you (shipping charges not included). Propeller blades are designed to break under significant impact to protect your gear case and are not warranted except for manufacturing defects.
